We collect the information you choose to provide through our forms. This may include your name and email address when requesting the Holiday Planner, or business and contact information when claiming a listing or submitting a correction. Saved places are stored in your own browser and are not uploaded to us.
We use submitted information to respond to enquiries, provide requested resources, verify or update business listings and improve the website. We do not sell personal contact information. We will update this notice before introducing any new marketing, analytics or account features that materially change how personal information is handled.
Contact, Holiday Planner and supplier-claim forms are processed through our website hosting provider. Basic technical information, such as an IP address and browser details, may be processed for security, delivery and spam prevention.
The Near Me feature stores only the broad area you choose in your own browser and does not request precise GPS location. Live Now links to external bus, airport and weather services; those providers may receive ordinary technical request information when you open their sites.
A business claimant may provide names, contact details, links, logos, photos and listing information. Public business information and approved media may be published. Private contact details will not be published unless clearly supplied for that purpose.
You can ask us to correct or delete personal information by using the contact form. You can remove saved places by clearing them in My Rarotonga or clearing this site’s browser storage.
